Responsibilities Identify and connect with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Founders) in SMBs, startups, and enterprises across the US, UK, UAE, and Saudi. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emails, and outbound calls to generate leads. Leverage Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals to identify and engage with potential clients for software development projects. Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients. AI/automation knowledge will be beneficial. Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls. Work with the pre-sales and technical team to create tailored proposals. Maintain and track deals using CRM tools. Understand client pain points and position MeeTris' custom software, AI, and solutions effectively. Deliver persuasive sales pitches and close deals. Negotiate contracts and manage end-to-end sales cycles. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline status. Requirements Experience: 3-7 years in B2B IT/software sales, selling to US/UK/UAE/Saudi markets. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of custom software development, AI, automation, cloud, and digital transformation. Lead Generation Expertise: Proven success in cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, email marketing, and bidding portals like Upwork. Sales Process: Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, from lead qualification to deal closure. Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and AI tools. Command over AI tools is recommended. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and build sales processes from scratch. Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
