Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in Kochi, Kerala. The Senior Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain and strengthen client relationships, and oversee strategic initiatives to drive growth. Responsibilities include leading sales efforts, collaborating with the marketing team, managing client accounts, creating proposals, and achieving set revenue targets. The candidate will also analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand market presence.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Business Development, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management
Strategic thinking with experience in Market Analysis, Research, and identifying growth opportunities
Strong Presentation, Negotiation, and Communication skills
Familiarity with Sales Strategies and techniques to achieve revenue goals
Proficiency in Proposal Writing and Contract Management
Leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate teams effectively
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the interior design or related industry is an advantage
