Each role will focus on driving sales, building enterprise relationships, and contributing to strategic revenue growth within the assigned domain. The ideal candidates will have solid expertise, strong industry connections, and a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Domain-Specific Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Prospect, pitch, and close high-value B2B deals within the assigned domain (BFSI / FinTech / KYC).
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, Compliance Heads, Risk Officers, Banks, NBFCs, FinTech founders, and other key decision-makers.
  • Deliver consultative solutions tailored to the domain’s use cases:
  • BFSI:

    Digital onboarding, loan verification, compliance tools, AML, fraud prevention.
  • FinTech:

    Payment products, verification layers, API-led solutions, onboarding stacks.
  • KYC Solutions:

    eKYC, Video KYC, CKYC, AML checks, identity verification modules.
  • Ensure seamless handover to operations/onboarding teams post-closure.

3. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and emerging technologies.
  • Provide insights to leadership for refining product roadmap and pricing strategy.

4. Product Demonstration & Solution Consulting

  • Lead product demos for enterprise clients showcasing ROI and business impact.
  • Understand technical requirements and coordinate with the product team for integrations or customizations.
  • Develop domain-specific proposals and presentations.

5. Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing for lead-generation campaigns.
  • Coordinate with operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Participate in events, webinars, and industry forums to represent the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of B2B sales experience

    in one or more of the required domains:
  • BFSI

  • FinTech

  • Digital KYC

  • Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and enterprise relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks, RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms (preferred for BFSI/KYC roles).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Highly driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, insurance companies, digital lenders
  • Experience selling APIs, onboarding stacks, payment gateways, or identity verification modules.
  • Knowledge of regulatory landscape, KYC compliance, AML norms, and digital onboarding flows.
