About the Role: We’re looking for a high-energy Social Media Manager to lead and manage multiple social media pages across 3 states, while also driving our marquee sports collaborations with Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), Bengaluru FC, and Kerala Blasters. Key Responsibilities- Social Media Management - ● Manage and grow multiple social media pages across Karnataka, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh. ● Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and regional insights. ● Plan, brief, and coordinate with designers, video teams, and copywriters for content production. ● Monitor trends, create topical content, and maintain strong page hygiene. ● Track real-time engagement, respond to community interactions, and build strong audience connect. Sports Collaborations - ● Lead the social media amplification of partnerships with RCB, Bengaluru FC, and Kerala Blasters. ● Coordinate with team managers, and brand partners for match-day content, creator integrations, and campaign rollouts. ● Conceptualize and execute sports-led digital activations, contests, and moment marketing. ● Ensure timely delivery of all collaboration-related posts, reels, and stories across states. Analytics & Reporting - ● Track page performance across platforms and states. ● Analyze KPIs and provide weekly/monthly performance insights with clear actions. ● Optimize performance using insights from audience behavior, competitor tracking, and content performance. Requirements - 4+ years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred). ● Strong understanding of regional audiences across South India. ● Experience working with large-scale brand pages or sports properties is a plus. ● Solid communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple internal & external teams. ● Passion for sports, trends, and content creation. ● Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and a high-volume content pipeline. Bonus Skills - ● Experience in sports marketing, fan engagement, or match-day content. ● Knowledge of Kannada/Malayalam/Telugu (good to have). ● Ability to turn real-time moments into high-performing content.
