Content Writer

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

• Write and edit high-quality content including blogs, website pages, social media posts, emailers, product descriptions, press releases, and reports. 
• Develop SEO-friendly articles that improve website ranking and drive organic traffic. 
• Create clear, concise, and compelling content tailored to target audiences. 

2. Research & Strategy

• Conduct research on fintech, BFSI, market trends, and competitor content. 
• Understand product features and create simple, engaging narratives that explain complex concepts. 
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan content calendars and campaign material. 

3. Branding & Storytelling

• Write content aligned with brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines. 
• Support brand-building initiatives through storytelling and thought-leadership content. 
• Ensure consistency across all communication channels. 

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Design, Sales, and HR teams to gather information and convert it into meaningful content. 
• Support internal communication, presentations, and documentation when required. 

5. Editing & Quality Control

• Proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style. 
• Maintain content quality standards and meet deadlines consistently. 

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English. 
• Strong understanding of digital content trends, SEO, and keyword optimization. 
• Ability to simplify complex ideas in fintech/BFSI into easy-to-understand content. 
• Good research and analytical skills. 
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong storytelling ability. 
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment. 

Experience & Qualification

• 2–3 years

  of experience in content writing (fintech/BFSI experience preferred but not mandatory). 
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
