Job Title: Video Editor We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled video editor for our YouTube channel. The prime responsibility of this role is shooting, recording and editing of the shorts, reels and videos to upload the same at the strategic timing for maximum viewers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithms, trends, and best practices, of creating thumbnail and graphics according to the videos. Key Responsibilities: Research and execute the keywords for the YouTube channel, including video ideation, production, and optimization. Manage the day-to-day operations of the YouTube channel, including video publishing, community engagement. Analyze YouTube data and metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, best practices, and algorithm changes, and adapt the content strategy accordingly. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to understand project objectives and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the visual storytelling. Post-Production Tasks: Execute various post-production tasks, including color correction, sound editing, and adding graphics or special effects when necessary. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and bring fresh perspectives to the team. Required Skills: Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure, analyze and report on YouTube data and metrics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Familiarity with YouTube analytics tools, such as YouTube Studio, VidIQ, or TubeBuddy. We are looking for a law‑graduate content writer / script writer for our YouTube channel- who has a fire in their belly — someone who believes in justice, has a strong sense of what’s unfair, and wants to use words & storytelling to bring change. Your job will be to research, write, and help produce compelling video scripts, metadata, and supporting content that educates, engages, and inspires our viewers. Key Responsibilities: Research legal topics: landmark Supreme Court / High Court judgments, cases of corruption, delays, access to justice, public interest litigations, constitutional rights, etc. Identify issues in the judiciary which have real impact on common people (e.g. delay of justice, corruption, access to lawyers, under‑trial prisoners, etc.). Write video scripts in clear, compelling, accessible language (not just legal jargon), with narratives that engage non‑lawyers. Create content outlines, storyboards if needed; suggest visuals, analogies, examples to make complex legal issues understandable. Required Qualifications and Experience: Law degree (LL.B) from a recognised university. LL.M or additional qualifications are a plus but not mandatory. Excellent writing skills in [English / Hindi / other language(s) you prefer] with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts. Strong research skills: ability to read judgments, legal articles, statutes, reports, and extract what matters. Passion for issues of justice, fairness, social change. A mindset of “people’s advocate”.
