Business Development Executive – Influencer Marketing & Production Services About Us: We are a creative agency specializing in influencer marketing, branded content, and end-to-end production services, backed by our fully equipped in-house studio. We work with D2C and B2B brands to help them scale through high-impact campaigns and storytelling. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to take complete ownership of sales for our production + influencer marketing services. This is a client-facing role where you will be expected to make consistent outreach efforts, schedule meetings, close deals, and be actively involved in studio operations when shoots are underway. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Daily Sales Outreach & Lead Generation Make 10–15 sales calls each day to brands, marketing heads, and agency stakeholders. Identify and qualify potential leads for influencer marketing and production services. Consistently follow up and build a strong sales pipeline. 🔹 Client Meetings & Conversion Schedule and conduct virtual/in-person meetings with decision-makers. Prepare and present tailored proposals based on client needs. 🔹 Studio Interaction & Relationship Management Be present during shoot days at our in-house studio to interact with clients. Build long-term relationships by ensuring a seamless experience and creating upsell opportunities. Act as a bridge between the production team and the client. 🔹 Reporting & Coordination Maintain call logs, meeting trackers, and client databases. Submit weekly performance updates and growth reports to leadership. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, influencer) to ensure project alignment. Who We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales (preferably in influencer marketing, content production, or digital media). Confident communicator with excellent spoken and written English. Comfortable with cold calling, handling objections, and closing deals. A strong understanding of the influencer/content marketing ecosystem is a plus. Available to attend client meetings and studio sessions as needed. Job Type: Full time Salary: INR 4-6lac per annum
