About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and confident Conference Producer to lead the end-to-end production of international conferences and events. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing event logistics, coordinating with global teams and vendors, and ensuring seamless execution under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute conferences and events for international audiences.

Liaise with internal teams, clients, speakers, and foreign production crews.

Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently.

Oversee all aspects of production — from content development to on-site coordination.

Ensure high-quality output aligned with brand and client expectations.

Travel internationally for events when required.

Utilize GPT and AI tools to support content, research, and communication tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in event/conference production (international exposure preferred).

Based in a major Indian metro city.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong experience in handling foreign teams, vendors, and clients.

Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Valid and active passport; willingness to travel abroad for events.

Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with GPT and AI tools for communication and production workflows.

Experience in B2B or corporate event formats.

Strong negotiation and coordination skills.

Creative problem-solving abilities.
