Join Our Team as a Business Development Executive / Manager Are you passionate about driving growth, building client relationships, and crafting winning strategies? iNoid Solutions is looking for Business Development Executives & Managers to help us scale new heights in the IT industry! 🔑 Key Responsibilities : ~ Expertly use platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and PPH to bid and secure new projects. ~ Discover global leads for web and mobile app development services. ~ Craft and implement winning bidding strategies with compelling proposals. ~ Leverage LinkedIn to engage with potential clients and build connections. ~ Understand project requirements, draft detailed proposals, lead negotiations, and hand off closed deals to delivery teams. ~ Maintain excellent client relationships with strong communication and follow-up. 📌 Qualifications : ~ Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related (MBA in Business or Marketing will be preferred). ~ Proven success in acquiring projects via bidding platforms. ~ Excellent proposal writing, communication, and client-handling skills. ~ Self-driven, target-focused, and flexible to work Day or Night shifts . ✅ Job Details : ~ Minimum Experience : 1+ years in the IT industry ~ Job Type : Full-Time (On-site preferred, Remote also available) ~ Location : Jodhpur, Rajasthan ~ Salary : Fixed + Attractive Incentives If you are interested, please share your resume at hr@inoidsolutions.com.
