About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies across multiple B2B and B2C brands. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media strategy, and analytics, and has successfully managed both teams and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Lead a small marketing team, ensuring clear goals, timely execution, and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business goals and deliver marketing strategies aligned with performance metrics
• Develop and optimize social media and content strategies to drive engagement and conversions
• Analyze campaign performance data and present insights for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to both B2B and B2C brands
• Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Analytics
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing and mentoring a marketing team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
