Marketing Manager

This role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, branding, and lead generation to support our fast-expanding preschool franchise network.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan, execute & optimise

  Google Ads

  and

  Meta Ads

  .
• Generate high-quality franchise & admission leads.
• Create and manage landing pages for better conversions.
• Track daily performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS).

2. SEO & Website Management

• Handle SEO strategy (On-page, Off-page, backlinks).
• Improve keyword ranking and organic traffic.
• Regular website updates & performance monitoring.

3. CRM & Lead Flow Management

• Manage end-to-end CRM operations.
• Ensure proper lead tracking, allocation & follow-up.
• Analyse lead quality & conversion pipeline reports.

4. Franchise Marketing Support (New Point Added ✔)

• Create marketing strategies for franchise acquisition.
• Support franchise partners with

  local marketing plans

  .
• Coordinate branding material: hoardings, banners, brochures.
• Provide franchisees with digital promotional content for admissions.

5. Offline & Online Branding

• Plan monthly marketing calendar & campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers for creative content, videos & reels.
• Manage print vendors & ensure quality output.

📌 Required Skills

• Expertise in

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush)

  .
• Strong command over

  CRM platforms

  (LeadSquared/Zoho preferred).
• Knowledge of

  WordPress / Canva

  is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical & communication skills.

🎓 Education

• Graduate (Any Stream)
• Digital marketing certification preferred.
