Senior Curriculum Developer

Job Title: Full-Time Curriculum Developer – Pre-Primary School

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a pre-primary school environment (Experience with franchising pre-schools such as Bachpan Play School, Kidzee, Modern Pride, etc. preferred)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Location: Modinagar, Ghaziabad

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Curriculum Developer to join our team at Bal Vidya Kendra, located in Modinagar, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating a comprehensive curriculum tailored for pre-primary school children, ensuring it aligns with educational standards and fosters a creative learning environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Development: Design, create, and continuously improve the curriculum for pre-primary school classes to ensure it is age-appropriate, engaging, and in line with the latest educational practices.
• Activity & Lesson Planning: Develop lesson plans and educational activities that enhance children's cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Video Creation: Produce instructional videos to support classroom teaching and demonstrate various activities and learning processes.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Regularly assess the effectiveness of the implemented curriculum in the classroom and ensure that it is followed appropriately.
• Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback from teachers and students to make necessary adjustments, ensuring the curriculum meets both educational standards and the needs of the children.
• Documentation: Maintain and update curriculum documents, lesson plans, activity sheets, and other educational resources to ensure accessibility and effective teaching.
• Teacher Support: Collaborate closely with the teaching staff to provide support, guidance, and resources for the successful implementation of the curriculum.
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Curriculum Developer in pre-primary education, preferably in franchised schools like Bachpan Play School, Kidzee, or Modern Pride.
• Strong understanding of child development, early childhood education principles, and modern teaching methodologies.
• Ability to create engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate educational materials and activities.
• Experience in video creation and editing.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to evaluate curriculum effectiveness and make improvements based on classroom feedback.
