What are we looking for?

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Director of Finance to join our core team! As a Director of Finance and Accounts you will be responsible for compliance of the Company's financial and fiscal policies, providing leadership and coordination in business planning, financial performance, accounting and Budgeting efforts. You will report to the CEO and be responsible for all financial matters of the company. The position will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

What you must have?

  • A Master's Degree in Finance / Professional Finance Qualification / CA/ ACCA or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of proven track record, preferably from a fast growing Series B/C stage B2B SaaS company with primary business in the US
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles and financial reporting requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams.
