Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Management: Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
• Budgeting & Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process and strategic financial planning. Monitor financial performance against budget to guide decision-making.
• Compliance & Taxation: Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI. Manage all tax filings and audits.
• Accounts & Operations Management: Supervise the Accounts team, overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll functions. Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
• Management Information Systems (MIS): Develop and deliver comprehensive MIS reports that provide a holistic view of the business, integrating data from sales, production, inventory, and finance to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational efficiency.
• Risk Management & Audits: Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies. Coordinate and manage all internal and external audits.
• Treasury & Working Capital: Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and maintain banking relationships to support the company's financial health.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field is required. A Chartered Accountant (CA) or CMA qualification is highly preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounts, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience within the manufacturing sector, especially chemicals or industrials, is highly preferred.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws. Strong proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage a 8-10 member team
