Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

·      Strategic Execution & Projects: Work with the CEO to define and drive key business initiatives. Manage new projects, from plant setup to product launches, ensuring they are executed on time and on budget.

·      Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a bridge between the CEO and department heads. Ensure effective communication and alignment across all functions to achieve company goals.

·      Finance, Accounts & MIS: Support the CEO by reviewing financial reports and helping to prepare management information system (MIS) reports. Consolidate data from various departments to provide a holistic view of business performance.

·      HR & Organizational Effectiveness: Collaborate with the HR head on talent initiatives and employee engagement. Assist the CEO in preparing for management meetings, including drafting agendas and presentations.

·      Problem-Solving & Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO. Proactively jump into any area of the business to help solve problems and ensure "things get done."

·      Growth Initiatives: Play a key role in ensuring new product development, new customers, new markets, and new factories are all executed flawlessly.

Qualifications:

·      Education: A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required. An MBA is an advantage.

·      Experience: Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, such as management consulting or a growth-stage company.

·      Skills: Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills. Must have a high degree of discretion and integrity.
