Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and business development. Your daily tasks will include overseeing growth marketing initiatives, implementing growth hacking strategies, and leading the sales team in securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with different departments to develop and execute strategies to ensure the company's growth objectives are met. Qualifications Experience in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking Proficiency in Customer Acquisition and Business Development Strong Sales skills and a proven track record of closing deals Leadership abilities and experience managing a team Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
