About the Role:

Xpress Health is looking for a Performance Marketer with a strong track record in running ROI-driven campaigns across digital platforms. If you're passionate about growth, data, and scaling paid media campaigns — we want you on our team!

This is a hybrid role based in Cochin, offering the flexibility to work remotely with in-office collaboration as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Track performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Run A/B tests and manage ad creatives in collaboration with the design/content team
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels to maximize conversions
• Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research
• Create performance reports and present insights with actionable recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and tracking tools
• Experience with campaign budgeting and performance scaling
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with SEO, CRM tools, and automation platforms is a plus
• Based in or willing to relocate to Cochin
• Agency background is a bonus but not mandatory
