Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to support our recruitment and HR operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or international recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and support end-to-end hiring and HR processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with international recruitment teams to fulfill staffing needs across regions. Lead recruitment campaigns and support hiring strategies alongside recruitment consultants. Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with job specifications. Oversee documentation, compliance, training, and onboarding processes. Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the CRM. Conduct audits and ensure HR policies and practices comply with client and internal standards. Mentor junior recruitment team members and provide process guidance as needed. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR and staffing operations. Provide regular updates and reports to the Recruitment Manager and senior stakeholders. Candidate Requirements Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in the healthcare staffing sector. Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with scheduling tools and recruitment/HR CRM software. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines. Experience in international recruitment or healthcare hiring is a strong advantage.
