Role Overview: As a Senior HR Executive at our company based in Salem, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the HR team, driving talent management strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive organizational culture. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. - Provide strategic direction and support to senior management on all HR-related matters. - Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering professional development. - Oversee recruitment and selection processes to acquire top talent. - Implement talent management programs including career development, succession planning, and performance management. - Enhance employee engagement and retention through effective HR practices and initiatives. - Address complex employee relations issues and manage conflict resolution processes. - Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. - Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. - Conduct market research to ensure compensation practices are competitive and equitable. - Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee satisfaction. - Utilize HR metrics and analytics for data-informed decision-making and track HR performance. - Develop and update HR policies and procedures to meet legal requirements and support organizational goals. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
