Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced React Developer with a strong foundation in building scalable frontend applications and a working knowledge of Python for backend integrations. You'll play a key role in developing and optimizing our digital platforms used across healthcare recruitment, onboarding, and compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Collaborate with backend developers (Python/Django) for API integration
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in React.js
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and component lifecycle
• Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Working knowledge of Python and backend communication
• Version control using Git

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to Django/Flask or any Python web framework
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps basics
• Experience in the healthtech or HR-tech domain
