Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager located in Bengaluru. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and administration of programs, including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, timelines, and quality standards, and ensuring that programs align with the strategic goals of the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
