Technical/Functional Skills

8 to 10 years in Manufacturing IT / Digital Manufacturing
8+ years of delivering MES programs
Strong experience in CPG / Food / Beverage manufacturing
Experience in IT services / system integration / consulting
Strong client-facing, leadership, and financial management skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program delivery, client engagement, and value realization (AI led).
Delivering multi-site implementations and rollouts across multiple global sites.
Complete tracking of multi-site deployment and development programs
Own end-to-end MES program delivery (scope, schedule, budget, quality)
Lead multi-site MES implementations and rollouts
Act as primary interface with customer
Delivery governance with customer organization and TCS leadership
Provide techno-functional oversight of MES solutions
Manage delivery governance, risks, change requests, and escalations
Owning the growth and transformation & AI led Manufacturing initiatives
