Job Description

AlgoLEAP is looking for Program Manager to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to achieve business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Proven experience in program management with a strong track record of success.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
