Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-drivens Sr. Recruitment Executive with prior experience in the nursing or healthcare staffing sector. The ideal candidate will work closely with our recruitment team based in Ireland to help meet our growing staffing demands and ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Irish recruitment team to meet regional staffing requirements.
  • Execute recruitment campaigns alongside recruitment consultants, promoting vacancies across relevant platforms.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and channels to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct pre-screening, phone, and final interviews with candidates.
  • Ensure the completion of the end-to-end recruitment process in compliance with company standards.
  • Verify that all candidates meet compliance, training, and onboarding requirements.
  • Operate independently and proactively, reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager.

Candidate Requirements

Talent Sourcing:
Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, and other channels; skilled in screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of AHPRA registration, work visa categories, and relevant Fair Work Awards (Nurses Award 2020, Aged Care Award 2020).

Tech Tools:
Hands-on experience with CRM/ATS systems (e.g., Vincere, JobAdder, or internal applications), along with proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and major job portals.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Leadership:
Capability to train, mentor, and support a small recruitment team.

Compliance:
Awareness of right-to-work checks, background screening processes, and data privacy regulations.
