About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Sr. Recruitment Executive

with strong expertise in end-to-end technical hiring, particularly for roles such as

Data Engineer, Data Scientist, DevOps Engineer, and AI/ML Engineer

. The ideal candidate should also bring hands-on experience in

Campus Hiring

and be comfortable managing

HR Generalist & Operational tasks

alongside recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates) for technical roles like Data Engineer, Data Scientist, DevOps, and AI/ML Engineer.
  • Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.
  • Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, and job boards for proactive talent sourcing.
  • Conduct initial HR and technical screening to evaluate candidate fitment.
  • Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

Campus Hiring

  • Plan and execute campus recruitment drives across leading universities and engineering colleges.
  • Build strong relationships with TPOs (Training & Placement Officers) to ensure a sustainable campus hiring pipeline.
  • Coordinate assessments, interviews, and post-offer engagement programs for campus hires.

HR Generalist & Operations

  • Support HR operations such as employee engagement, onboarding, HR policy implementation, and grievance handling.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records, compliance, and HRIS data management.
  • Collaborate on HR initiatives like training, performance management, and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment, specifically in hiring for Data, DevOps, AI/ML domains.
  • Hands-on experience in Campus Hiring from reputed universities/colleges.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and experience in HR Generalist/Operations tasks.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, or other platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Good to Have

  • Prior experience working in IT services.
  • Knowledge of emerging tech stacks and industry hiring trends.
  • Experience with ATS tools and HRMS platforms.
