Job Description

We at Cyrix healthcare is looking for a senior T&A executive and the candidate should perform the following duties and liabilities.

Job Responsibility

Manage end to end recruitment for mid to senior level positions
source candidates through job portals ,social media, referrals, and head hunting
Conduct preliminary screening and interview
maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
coordinate interview panels and ensure timely feedback
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, SLas, and compliance norms
Collaborate with onboarding team to ensure smooth candidate transitions
Manage recruitment MIS and dashboards for reporting and analysis
Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives

Experience required- 4 to 6 Salary offered -25000 to 35000
