Sr. Recruitment Executive

As an MBA in HR with 3 years+ of experience in Recruitment, you will be responsible for the Recruitment Division with the following key responsibilities: - Screening Resume through Job portal, References, Networking - Coordinating with Consultancies regarding CVs as per the open position - Conducting Screening calls as per the requirement - Coordinating with the Management & HODs regarding hiring requirements - Ensuring Maintenance of recruitment tracker & giving regular updates to the management - Being well versed in communication & MS Word, Excel, Mail drafting - Having knowledge about HR Software - Conducting interviews of shortlisted Candidates - Handling the onboarding of new hires Qualifications Required: - MBA in HR - 3+ years of experience in Recruitment This company is the largest manufacturer of Bulk Conveying Chains and Accessories in India established in 1978, with exports to over 35 countries worldwide, including the EU & US.
