Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Job analysis and design
  • Recruitment & induction of candidates
  • Updating workplace policies
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Implementing performance appraisals
  • Develop training content and 52-week training program
  • Implement training program & employees career development
  • Maintaining employee relationships
  • Daily reporting of performance
  • Source and attract candidates using job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess fit, experience, and expectations.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR Recruitment: 2 years (Preferred)
