Job Description

Manage the full recruitment cycle: understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Job analysis and design
Recruitment & induction of candidates
Updating workplace policies
Maintaining employee records
Implementing performance appraisals
Develop training content and 52-week training program
Implement training program & employees career development
Maintaining employee relationships
Daily reporting of performance
Source and attract candidates using job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess fit, experience, and expectations.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.
Ensure timely communication with candidates and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

HR Recruitment: 2 years (Preferred)
