Sr. Recruitment Executive

As an HR Recruiter at the largest manufacturer of Bulk Conveying Chains and Accessories in India, your role will involve screening resumes through various channels such as job portals, references, and networking. You will be responsible for coordinating with consultancies to source suitable candidates for open positions. Additionally, you will conduct screening calls as per the job requirements and manage communication with the Management & HODs regarding hiring needs. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a recruitment tracker, providing regular updates to the management, and conducting interviews of shortlisted candidates. You should be proficient in communication, MS Word, Excel, and drafting emails. Knowledge about HR software and experience in handling the onboarding process of new hires will be advantageous. Qualifications Required: - MBA in HR - Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment The company was established in 1978 and has a global presence with exports to over 35 countries, including the EU & US.
