Job Description

Description The Automobile Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, managing sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer service while driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the automotive industry. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the automobile showroom. Manage a team of executives and support staff. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints. Maintain inventory levels and manage vehicle stock. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance metrics. Coordinate promotional events and marketing activities. Train and mentor new staff on sales techniques and customer service best practices. Collaborate with upper management to develop showroom policies and procedures. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in automotive sales or showroom management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and showroom management software. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
