Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:

    Maintain detailed records of customer information, orders, pricing, and quotations, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
  • Follow-up & Problem Resolution:

    Follow up on customer orders, resolve issues proactively, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Quotation Provision:

    Prepare and provide accurate quotations for products or services as required.
