Key Responsibilities:

Customer Courtesy:
Treat all customers with respect, patience, and professionalism to ensure a positive experience.
Data Management:
Maintain detailed records of customer information, orders, pricing, and quotations, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
Follow-up & Problem Resolution:
Follow up on customer orders, resolve issues proactively, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Quotation Provision:
Prepare and provide accurate quotations for products or services as required.
