Role Description This Position is a full time job role as The Chief Manager for a All India Security & Staffing Company Accounts & Audit will lead the organization's financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit functions with precision and integrity. This role ensures accuracy in financial statements, strengthens governance frameworks, and drives proactive risk mitigation. The ideal candidate is a detail-driven finance leader with strong knowledge of accounting laws applicable to Indian business environments.. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Controls Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure timely closure of books as per corporate timelines. Drive implementation of internal financial controls and process enhancement. Monitor cash flows, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Lead and manage all accounting and finance functions. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing. Develop internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements. Supervise the finance team for efficient operations Team Leadership & Mentoring Manages company accounts and finances. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind-AS/IGAAP). Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other statutory filings. Coordinate assessments, scrutiny, and replies to notices from tax authorities. Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory review. Audit Management Plan, supervise, and execute internal audit activities across branches and units. Liaise with external auditors for smooth statutory audit completion. Identify financial discrepancies and implement corrective action plans. Strengthen governance practices and risk monitoring systems. Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; MBA Finance or relevant qualification acceptable. 812+ years of experience in corporate accounting & audit management roles. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and corporate taxation regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
