Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

• Own and manage the

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  , including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.).
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong

  talent pipeline

  for critical roles.
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.

2. HR Operations:

• Manage

  day-to-day HR operations

  , including employee data management, HRIS administration, documentation, and compliance.
• Design, update, and enforce

  HR policies and procedures

  in line with labor laws and industry best practices.
• Oversee the

  performance management process

  , ensuring regular evaluations and development plans.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs in coordination with finance.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
• Maintain and audit employee records, contracts, and files.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Foster a

  positive work environment and organizational culture

  through engagement initiatives and communication strategies.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to recommend retention strategies.

4. HR Strategy & Analytics:

• Support strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion.
• Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to provide insights and drive decision-making.
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including change management and leadership development.

Required Skill Sets:

·      5+ years’ experience with PG Degree in Human Resource Management

·      Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale

·      Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills

·      Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills

·      Excellent decision-making and analytical skills

·      Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment

·      Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
