Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the India HR function, starting with end-to-end hiring and onboarding.
• Partner with global leadership to align India’s HR strategy with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and corporate policies.
• Lead HR operations, payroll, benefits, and vendor compliance.
• Design talent development, performance management, and succession planning frameworks.
• Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and inclusion initiatives.
• Leverage HR analytics and emerging AI tools to strengthen workforce management.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration.
• 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in Indian labor laws and compliance.
• Experience in fast-scaling organizations and new HR setup preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and decision-making skills.

Success Metrics

• Successful new hiring to build India workforce from scratch.
• On-time rollout of HR processes, systems, and compliance frameworks.
• High engagement, retention, and alignment with global culture.
• Adoption of AI-enabled HR practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
