Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are hiring an HR Manager with 2–3 years of experience to lead HR operations, handle statutory compliance (ESI, EPF), and ensure adherence to labor laws. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing a small team and supporting all core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and manage a small HR team.
• Ensure compliance with ESI, EPF, and labor laws.
• Maintain employee records and handle documentation.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Support payroll inputs and statutory filings.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of HR experience.
• Good knowledge of labor laws, ESI, EPF, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
