As an HR Operations & Engagement Champion at Ordrio, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive work environment. You will be responsible for the following key areas: Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations. - Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and best practices. - Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment. - Develop employee recognition and rewards programs to motivate and retain talent. - Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances, promoting a fair workplace. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees. - Oversee recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. - Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. - Collaborate with department managers to understand HR needs and provide strategic guidance. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization. - Ability to commute/relocate to Udupi, Karnataka.
