Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mareedpally for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, implement policies, and ensure compliance with organizational goals and local regulations. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. The role also entails managing and developing HR strategies to strengthen the company’s workforce and organizational health.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices, including recruitment, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, and fostering a positive organizational culture
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in HR software tools and human resource management systems (HRMS)
• Ability to work on-site effectively and collaboratively with a diverse team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience in a leadership role within a similar environment is an advantage
