Lead UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer with over 4 years of experience, you will collaborate with a diverse team to generate and refine ideas that cater to our customers" needs effectively. Your key responsibilities will include crafting a fresh visual language for our product across various platforms such as web, email, and mobile. Additionally, you will engage in sharing, receiving, and incorporating feedback from peers and market research to enhance the design process continually. Your role demands proficiency in tools like Figma, encompassing variables, components, prototyping, auto-layouts, grids, and design systems. A robust knowledge of UI design principles, usability, and aesthetics is essential. You should also be adept at constructing UX flows that facilitate positive user experiences, along with familiarity in creating design systems. Your logical reasoning skills will be put to use in designing intuitive user interfaces that resonate with our target audience. Preference will be given to candidates with a good understanding of accessibility standards like WCAG, prior experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise platforms, and exposure to responsive and adaptive design principles. Basic graphic design skills to support branding, marketing, and interface requirements using tools such as Canva will be an added advantage. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our Design Team stays abreast of industry best practices and evolves in line with the latest design trends.
