Lead UI/UX Designer

As a Lead UI/UX designer, you will play a crucial role in creating user interface applications with pixel-perfect looks, feels, and designs. Your strong interest in artful design, UI skills, and ability to translate high-level requirements into intuitive interfaces will be key to your success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. - Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. - Create user-centered designs considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, and user research. - Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets. - Develop UI mockups and prototypes for clear visualization of site functions. - Create original graphic designs like images, sketches, and tables. - Present rough drafts to internal teams and incorporate feedback into layouts. - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems to enhance responsiveness. - Adjust layouts based on user feedback and adhere to style standards. - Work independently to deliver detailed designs and components to agile development teams. - Collaborate closely with developers for successful deployment of designs. - Communicate complex design concepts clearly to different audiences across the organization. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. - Experience in end-to-end user-centric and creative design. - Any UI/UX Design Certification is an add-on. - Experience in Fintech is an added advantage. - Experience with mobile and/or web-based design. - Portfolio showcasing design projects. - Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator), CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript. - A keen aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail in crafting visually appealing designs. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. - Exceptional listening, collaborative, and organizational skills. - Good time-management skills.
