About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Product Analyst to join our product delivery team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, UI/UX teams, and developers to gather requirements, define user stories, and ensure successful delivery through UAT and production handover. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document feature requirements, workflows, and use cases. Understand business priorities and help define the product backlog accordingly. Translate business requirements into detailed, clear, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA . Coordinate with the UI/UX team to conceptualise and finalise user interface designs based on business needs. Review and validate UI designs with stakeholders and incorporate feedback before development starts. Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement walk through with the development team. Serve as the point of contact for development teams to clarify story-level questions and ensure alignment. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for completed features, ensuring they meet business expectations and acceptance criteria. Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of development progress, blockers, and delivery timelines. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment. Proven experience in writing clear and comprehensive JIRA stories and acceptance criteria. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies , product life-cycle, and iterative delivery. Experience in working closely with UI/UX designers and validating designs. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma , or similar tools used in product and design collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a SaaS or tech product environment . Knowledge of basic software development life-cycle (SDLC) concepts.
