WHO YOU ARE • Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; MBA Finance or M.Com with relevant experience may also apply. • 8+ years of experience in accounts and finance, ideally in D2C, retail, or manufacturing. • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory requirements. • Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) and advanced Excel. • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset. • Proven ability to build systems and processes for scale. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • High integrity and sense of accountability.
