WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. You will assist the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting tasks. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (If functions, Vlookup, Pivot table, Conditional formatting) Highly Proficient in the use of accounting software like Tally/ BUSY/ERP etc. Preparing monthly and annual financial reports and financial statements Reporting to Chartered Accountant Analyzing past records Creating detailed reports like cash flow etc. Vendor management Reconciliations with Online sales channels Bank visit for cheque drop/statement/chequebook issue or any other issue Update accounts receivable, accounts payable and issue invoices Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal, company accounting and financial guidelines Should have good command over MS Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets Prepare and file local compliance reports as necessary Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies WHO ARE YOU Proven experience as a junior accountant Excellent organizing abilities Great attention to detail Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen Some experience working with general ledgers Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office Able to multitask and prioritize work effectively Able to maintain confidentiality Ability to sit in front of a computer and look at a computer screen for long periods Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is a plus but not required IPCC pass-out is preferred WHY BE A PART OF सादा / SAADAA?
