Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst specializing in Power BI, you will play a crucial role in the organization by transforming raw data into actionable insights, designing interactive dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. Your expertise in Power BI will be instrumental in providing clear visual insights into key business metrics and ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability within the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for reporting and dashboards. - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, visual insights into key business metrics. - Create and optimize data models to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability within Power BI. - Troubleshoot and resolve any performance issues with dashboards, reports, and data sources. - Present findings and insights to various teams, from entry-level staff to leadership, in a clear and compelling manner. - Ensure the integrity and quality of data by performing regular checks and validations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data visualization and reporting. - Hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced knowledge of DAX, M-Query, and Power Query. - Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
