Your Responsibilities

• Analyze business data across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and customer behavior
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for leadership and internal teams
• Track and monitor key business metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, AOV, inventory health, and returns
• Identify trends, gaps, and anomalies in data and highlight actionable insights
• Build and maintain dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
• Support teams with ad-hoc analysis for campaigns, product launches, pricing changes, and operational improvements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of data and reports
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes wherever possible
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, MIS, or reporting roles
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of business KPIs in D2C, e-commerce, or retail is preferred
• Knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Clear communication skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
