Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jamnagar. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining employee records.

Salary

6 Lakh CTC

• Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding skills
• Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
• HR Policies Implementation and Compliance skills
• Training and Development Program skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with HR software and databases
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in HR (such as SHRM or PHR) is a plus
