Job Description

As an experienced HR Manager, your role will involve handling recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and performance management to foster a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning. - Driving employee engagement and handling grievances effectively. - Organizing training and development programs for employee growth. - Managing performance appraisals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies. - Supporting management in strategic HR planning. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR or Business Administration. - At least 5 years of HR experience, with a preference for experience in manufacturing industry. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
