Location: Lavad, near Dahegam, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire HR function for the factory. Oversee end-to-end recruitment across departments – Production, QA/QC, R&D, Packaging, Admin, etc. Handle HR operations, attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling. Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement. Ensure statutory and labor law compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Factory Act). Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems. Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and training programs. Coordinate with management for workforce planning and organizational development. Maintain accurate HR documentation and MIS reports. Desired Candidate Profile: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in Pharma / Manufacturing / Healthcare sector). Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle a dynamic work environment.
