Location: Lavad, near Dahegam, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire HR function for the factory.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment across departments – Production, QA/QC, R&D, Packaging, Admin, etc.
• Handle HR operations, attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
• Ensure statutory and labor law compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Factory Act).
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems.
• Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and training programs.
• Coordinate with management for workforce planning and organizational development.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and MIS reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in Pharma / Manufacturing / Healthcare sector).
• Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a dynamic work environment.
