As an HR Manager Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will work closely with leadership and various departments to deliver innovative HR solutions, foster employee engagement, and drive performance initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with Team leaders and Managers to provide strategic HR support and guidance.
  • Drive talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Advise on employee relations issues and mediate conflict resolution.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
  • Support and develop employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Assist with the development and execution of workforce planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in business partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and employee relations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proven experience in implementing HR initiatives that support business growth.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • CTC: 10-12 LPA
