Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Hotel Simna International, located in Muzaffarpur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, employee relations, and organizational development. Day-to-day tasks include managing payroll, policies, benefits, and compliance with local labor laws. The role also involves training and development programs, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring overall employee wellbeing.

• Expertise in Employment Laws, Labor Compliance, and Policy Implementation
• Demonstrated skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Management
• Experience in Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits Administration
• Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Additional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are preferred
